Mullans Law Accountants Ltd is run by 2 Directors who have been with the company for over 40 years and are now a long-established firm of Law Accountants, currently based in Glasgow.
Full support to services is provided by our long-established administrative support team. We have experience in all areas of accounting and offer a wide range of services to firms throughout Scotland.

Gail Moore
Director
Judicial | Private Accounting | Legal Aid
Gail joined Mullans in 1984 and progressed through the ranks earning her a wealth of experience. She now has considerable knowledge in all areas of Law Accountancy which has led to now having particular expertise in Judicial Account preparation and adjustment.
She is regularly involved in complex Court of Session cases throughout the adjustment and taxation of Expenses. She has been involved in taxation of some very high profile cases over the past view years and finds that part of her job both challenging and rewarding.
Janet Liu

Janet joined Mullans in 1986 and has, over the years, has built up her knowledge of law accountancy and is now experienced in all areas of the profession.
Her main areas of expertise are Judicial Accounting, Taxation and Executry charging. She is regularly involved in the taxation and adjustment of expenses and has also been involved in some very challenging and high-profile cases.

Hal Yacoubian

Hal is a SOLAS qualified accountant who joined the company in 2023. He has extensive knowledge Legal Aid, Private Client and Executry accounting. He has recently commenced work learning the Judicial Accounting procedure and has been involved in the negotiation of several accounts of expenses. He has additionally been involved in assisting Public Inquiries with their Law Accounting needs.
Chloe Malloy

Chloe joined Mullans in September 2024 after completing an HND in Legal Services. She has developed a strong understanding of Legal Aid and Private Accounting and has recently been focusing on Executry matters and the preparation of Judicial Accounts of Expenses. She hopes to continue developing in her career, including obtaining her SOLAS qualification.
Melissa McGougan

Melissa has been a Law Accountant at Mullans since October 2023. She has gained a deep understanding of Legal Aid and Private Accounts and can complete these efficiently to a high standard. It is envisioned that Melissa will progress towards achieving her SOLAS qualification which will assist in furthering her career at Mullans.
Katie Fotheringham

Katie started at Mullans in February 2023 as a typist and has progressed to becoming a Law Accountant. She has gained significant knowledge in Legal Aid and Private Accounting. Katie will be working towards completing her SOLAS qualification and is becoming a valuable member of our team.

Scott has recently joined Mullans as a Trainee Law Accountant. He has been gaining knowledge of Legal Aid Accounting and is keen to further progress by focusing on developing his knowledge of Private Accounts.
Dawn Fitzpatrick
Admin Officer
Dawn has been with Mullans since 2015. As an Administrative Officer, Dawn plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s daily activities. Her responsibilities include clerical support and cash work.
Emma Fairbairn
Admin Officer
Emma joined the Admin Team at Mullans in 2024, with her background in customer service complementing our current team. Emma assists in the day-to-day running of the office and supporting the wider team.
Lorraine Roper
Audio Typist | Typing Administrator
Lorraine has substantial typist experience and has been supporting Mullans for a large portion of her career. She has additional responsibilities in leading the typing team and delivering typist training where required.
Dorothy Cruickshank
Audio Typist
Dorothy has enjoyed a typing career with Mullans spanning over 30 years. She has extensive typing experience and regularly supports our accountants whenever typing is required.
Carol McLeod
Audio Typist
Carol has been providing audio typist support to Mullans since 2022. She uses her considerable typing experience to support Mullans in the preparation of all accounts.
Amanda McNeice
Audio Typist
Amanda joined Mullans in 2024 after an extensive career as an audio typist in the Legal Services sector. Her role involves supporting the accountants with their typing needs.
Derek McArthur
Courier
Derek has recently joined Mullans as a courier after a lengthy career as a driver. He is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and collection of your files.
